Since middle school, Larissa has been actively developing skills and gaining experience in both theatre and film/television acting.  While her core subjects were at the AP level, her options had been focussed on the arts:  music, acting, and fashion.  Larissa's final year in high school focussed on performance arts including Musical Theatre, Symphonic Band, and participating in Lord Beaverbrook's theatrical productions Antigone and Village of Idiots.

In 2012 Larissa began exploring film work and has acted in both lead and supporting roles in student films.  Larissa has also tried her hand at commercial work and has found that though the processes are different between student, indie and commercial work, acting for the camera is her passion.

In 2013 Larissa moved from the student film world to the local indie scene, and most recently played the role of "Gwen" in Alberta filmmaker Spencer Estabrooks's latest web-series "One Hit Die".

With the completion of high school in June of 2013 as an arts honour student, Larissa is now free to pursue acting training full time.  She is currently a student in the highly reputable studio, Company of Rogues in the Master Class Program.
